Amanda Bynes, who had pink hair when she was arrested on suspicion of DUI back in April, was spotted yesterday out in Woodland Hills, CA with blonde looks.

The actress was also wearing a sex–y outfit — showing off crazy cleavage in a low cut top, greenish blue long sleeved sweater and leopard print short shorts.

Last week Amanda was again accused of hit and run. The woman who filed the police report said Amanda “looked like a hot mess” at that time.

Bynes was also arrested on notion of DUI on April 6 and was accused of two more hit-and-run happenings on May 5 and May 27.
